Both are 100% custom designed to meet our clients needs. The modular floor plans are 3 bedroom 2 bath Ranch Style houses and will feature Fujitsu Halcyon Heat Pump heating and air conditioning systems. This is an upcoming technology for heating and cooling as well as dehumidification all at a fraction of the cost of the usual oil and propane systems.
